Giving you all the power and performance you expect from a traditional desktop PC without the wires, it allows you the freedom to be as productive as you wish wherever you go. The S336 Centrino model is configured with a 1.5GHz Pentium M 715 processor, a 2MB on-die L2 cache, a 60GB hard drive and 512MB PC2700 DDR SDRAM (expandable to 2GB). In addition to the 400MHz bus speed, it features one Type II PC Card slot and a CD-RWDVD-ROM combo drive. For your communications needs, use the modem, the Ethernet or the Intel Pro 802.11b/g wireless. Video is provided by the Intel 852GM chipset, using up to 64MB system RAM to deliver superior images on the 15" TFT screen. The Tecra A2 comes with a 6-cell Li-Ion battery, 85-key keyboard and a touchpad. Windows XP Professional is pre-installed.
